Bio Hanftee Rezept

In the cold season we sometimes long for relaxing moments – and for this we prefer to drink our organic hemp flower tea. Are you looking for some variety in your tea shelf? We have warming recipes for the cold season to spice up our hemp tea a bit.

The basic recipe for our hemp flower tea is pretty simple:

Pour 4 teaspoons (or about 2.5g) of our tea with 0.5 liters of boiling water, add a fat source and let the tea steep for about 15 minutes. By adding a fat source such as coconut oil or (vegetable) milk, the valuable components of hemp can be dissolved even better in the hot water.

The immune booster with CBD: lemon ginger hemp tea (for 0.5 liters)

Bio-Hanftee mit CBD

Inredients: 

  • 2 tablespoons MAGU organic hemp tea
  • 1 lemon BIO
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 – 4 thin slices of ginger (depending on the spiciness)

Preparation:

Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over four teaspoons (or about 2.5g) of our tea and then add ginger, juice of half a lemon/orange zest and a teaspoon of olive oil. Let the tea steep for about 15 minutes and then pour it through a strainer into a cup or pot. Sit back and enjoy your homemade lemon ginger hemp tea.

The Wintery: Orange CBD Tea (for about 0.5 liters of tea).

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. MAGU Organic Hand Tea
  • 1 organic orange
  • 1 tsp olive oil – 2 – 4 thin slices of ginger (depending

Let the tea steep for about 15 minutes and then pour it through a strainer into a cup or pot. Sit back and enjoy your homemade orange CBD tea.

The Comforting Warm: CBD tea with cinnamon and honey (for about 0.5 liters of tea).

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons MAGU organic hemp tea
  • 1/2 l water
  • 1 shot of almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation:

Pour four teaspoons (or about 2.5g) of our tea with 0.5 liters of boiling water and then add honey, the cinnamon stick and a dash of almond milk. Let the tea steep for about 15 minutes and then pour it through a strainer into a cup or pot. The winter CBD tea tastes especially good on cold days.

The spicy one: CBD Chai Latte (for approx. 250 ml tea)

Igredients:

  • 1 tablespoon MAGU Organic Hemp Tea
  • 5 pcs. Cardamom
  • 2 pcs. Cloves
  • 1 pc. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of anise
  • 1-2 slices of ginger
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml vegetable milk – a little agave syrup

Preparation:

First, bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the ground spices and let it simmer for about 1 minute. Next, add the MAGU organic hemp tea and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Then you can add the vegetable milk of your choice and the honey and let it steep again. Finally, strain your tea into a teapot or cup and enjoy your CBD chai latte. Of course, you can also use a ready-made tea blend for your CBD chai latte. Just add an additional 1 tablespoon of organic hemp flower tea and your favorite beverage is ready to enjoy. And dirty chai fans are good to go with an espresso shot.
