Who is MAGU-CBD

We are a Viennese start-up company, established in the beginning of 2017. Since 2017 we are providing high quality CBD-flower tops and CBD-products to the Austrian population. Due to Austrian rules and regulations, we sell hemp flowers with a THC content below 0.3%, but a high CBD content ranging from 5 – 10 %.

What is CBD?

The female cannabis plant is well known for its psychoactive compound THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) however, there are more than 60 other Cannabinoids present in this plant. One Cannabinoid, known as Cannabidiol, or CBD gets increased attention from the research community around the globe.

Why 0,3% THC?

Due to Austrian rules and regulations, products with a THC content higher than 0.3% are considered illegal. In contrast to THC, CBD has no psychoactive properties and no potential for abuse. Hence, it is not categorized as an addictive substance and is not regulated via the Narcotic Substance Act. All MAGU products are below this 0.3% THC limit. Nevertheless we cannot recommend our products for internal use.

Where does our herb come from?

Our flowers are cultivated with much love, water, and light in Austria and Spain.

What are the effects of CBD or is there any further information on your product?

Due to the Austrian rules and regulations we cannot give any recommendations on usage, effects, efficacy and dosage. Indication specific medical advice should be obtained by a well trained physician. We are more than happy to recommend some Austrian doctors to you, who have experience with our products.

What happens if the police checks me?

As long as the product is still sealed, our producer guarantees a THC content below 0.3%. In this case show the police your sealed container and the invoice, referring them to us.

Do you also ship outside of Austria?

Yes. Before purchasing please inform yourself about the legal status of CBD products in the destination country.
