How to take CBD oil in everyday life is up to users themselves. This post only describes what matters when handling the bottle: pipette, timing, storage, quality. It deliberately contains no instructions for use and no quantities.
Note: Our CBD oils are declared as oral cosmetics. We therefore do not give any recommendations on use or intake and do not make any health-related claims. If you have health questions, your doctor is the right person to ask.
Handling: how to take CBD oil from the bottle
- Swirl the bottle briefly, don’t shake it – this distributes the extract evenly in the carrier oil.
- Don’t put the pipette to your mouth. This introduces germs into the bottle and shortens its shelf life.
- Always put the pipette all the way back and screw the cap on tightly – open bottles oxidise faster.
- Count drops instead of estimating. The pipette makes it easy to count out a consistent amount.
- Regularity before time of day. If you always reach for your oil at the same time of day, you are less likely to forget it.
Timing over the day
There is no universally valid time. We know from conversations with customers that most people simply choose the time that can be reliably built into their daily routine – in the morning at breakfast or in the evening before going to bed. More important than the time is that it becomes a fixed habit and that you don’t change several things at once.
