Quality & sustainability

Not all CBD is the same

As you may not know, not all CBD is the same. The industry is still young and there are few standards that ensure quality. At MAGU, quality is a priority, and we have set ourselves strict goals for it: we attach great importance to naturalness and use as few chemicals as possible in our cultivation. The trust of our customers is close to our hearts.

Quality assurance with a transparency guarantee

For us, transparency goes without saying. That is why we always make sure to guarantee the legal CBD/THC content by having our products tested by independent laboratories. You can find all the certificates on the respective product page. We have our products examined by accredited laboratories. You can view the laboratory certificates for all our products. In addition, our CBD oils have been awarded the AC drop seal of quality by ARGE CANNA .

The finest flowers in organic quality

As MAGU stands for the highest quality, our flowers are 100% natural, unwashed and untreated. This means they contain no other additives. We neither add synthetic terpenes nor is the cannabidiol chemically increased. You can find out why we do not sell flowers with an excessively high CBD content in this blog post.

Gentle extraction process with added value

We want to offer our customers added value. We try to do this by focusing on maximum bioavailability in our CBD products – and by manufacturing our products as gently as possible so that we can preserve the full spectrum of all cannabinoids and terpenes. You can find out more about how our CBD oil is made here. The added value of our full spectrum products lies in the fact that the substances reinforce each other and therefore work even better. This effect is called the entourage effect.

MAGU innovative technologies

We attach great importance to the highest quality. For this reason, we also develop our own innovative technologies to manufacture our products as gently and effectively as possible. We would like to introduce two MAGU technologies here:

1. MAGUprime: This is a unique cold and solvent-free production process for a mild taste and improved bioavailability. We developed this technology for our CBD oils.
2. MAGUsorb: We use this technology to produce our CBDeus line. With this method we can produce a transparent molecular emulsion that is very stable in water-based liquids for maximum absorption.

Sustainability is a top priority at MAGU

We rely on regional, certified organic cultivation in Austria in the Weinviertel and Waldviertel with short transport routes, work in the spirit of permaculture with natural cycles (natural fertilisers, microorganisms, plant strengtheners and beneficial organisms instead of chemicals), use photovoltaics and obtain 100% of the energy for growth from hydropower – and we package our products in an environmentally friendly way in paper, glass or recyclable pouches, and use recycled paper for office and advertising materials.

Quality at a fair price

We believe in high-quality products that everyone can afford. That is why we offer our hemp products at fair prices: fair for our customers and fair for our employees.
