General questions about CBD

  • What is CBD?

    CBD or cannabidiol is a component of the female cannabis plant, which – unlike the much better known active ingredient THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) – is not psychoactive and therefore not intoxicating.
    There is trustworthy information about CBD on the Internet or in books, and we are also happy to recommend doctors who are familiar with CBD. Many of our customers report, among other things, increased well-being, inner balance and the relief of chronic complaints.
    CBD cannabis is increasingly becoming the focus of research, medicine and the media. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the following properties have been scientifically studied:

  • Is CBD dangerous or addictive?

    The WHO confirms CBD has a very good safety profile and no dependence or addiction potential. It is being successfully studied in research for withdrawal from other addictions. We have summarized exactly what this means for you in this blog post: Is CBD Dangerous?

  • Why 0.2/0.3% THC?

    This limit is determined by the legislator. In Austria products with a THC content of 0.3% are legal and in Germany 0.2%. You will find a certificate of analysis for each of our products.   • Where are the cannabis flowers grown?

    We grow our CBD flowers carefully with lots of love, water and light in our own production facility in Vienna and on our organic fields in Lower Austria. In addition, we work together with Austrian organic hemp farmers.

  • How does CBD work and how do I take it?

    CBD acts on the body’s endocannabinoid system. How to take CBD depends on the product. You can take CBD as drops, apply it to your skin, or drink it as a tea. The recommended dosage for each of our products can be found either on the packaging or on the product description in the online store. For questions we advise in our stores or by mail to:!

  • I have heard that CBD helps with period pain, migraines, chronic pain, anxiety & stress etc…?

    Due to current legislation, we are not allowed to talk about the effects of our products. Fortunately, we have a very large and active community talking about how CBD can help in reviews and on social media. Just check out our channels or our blog. If you have further questions, we can also recommend doctors who work with CBD.

  • What is the endocannabinoid system?

    CBD, like other cannabinoids found in hemp flower, activate the body’s endocannabinoid system. This complex physiological signaling system is part of our nervous system and helps us keep our bodies in a healthy balance. Movement, mood, cognition and motivation are all controlled here. With CBD, regularity and sometimes a little patience are required. It’s important to give yourself time – the endocannabinoid system takes 2-3 weeks to activate.

  • What is the Entourage effect? What does Full Spectrum mean?

    Simply explained, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Our CBD oils and the Full Spectrum CBDeus line are Full Spectrum products, which means that all valuable ingredients of the hemp plant are included. Through the interaction of the individual components, the maximum potential of the cannabinoids unfolds in contrast to pure CBD – in science called “entourage effect”.   • Medical Advice

    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to talk about the effects of our products, because the law forbids us to do so. But we are happy to give you a list of doctors in Vienna who are familiar with CBD and may be able to recommend something. Just write us on social media or to

  • CBD & Pregnancy or Breastfeeding

    There are no studies (yet) on CBD during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so we do not recommend it at this time. Here, too, we would recommend that you consult your doctor.

  • Can I give it to my pet?

  • From what age can I consume CBD?

    Most of our products are dietary supplements and therefore approved for all ages. Many of our customers report how their children benefit from CBD. Whether and from when one wants to consume CBD is a very personal decision that everyone should make for themselves.

    Each of our orders gets a tracking number, which is sent by mail as soon as we ship a package. If you still can’t find it or have problems, you can reach us at:

  • I'm not sure if my payment went through?

    No problem! Sometimes it can take a few days for the money to reach us. All we need to check is the order number. If you have any questions, you can also reach us at:

  • How long does the shipping take?

    From the moment your money arrives in our account, it usually takes 1-4 business days for Austria-wide shipping. To Germany it usually takes 4-6 business days. Internationally it can take up to 10 days. We like to see where a package is on its way. Please write to us at:

  • I have a problem with my order!

    What do you have to consider if you want to return your product? No problem! Just write to us at: and we will find a solution. If we have made a mistake with your order, we will of course cover the full cost of the return. If there are any other problems with your order (you ordered the wrong product etc.) then you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Our wish is that together we try to make even more conscious buying decisions.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    At the moment we accept Sofortüberweisung, credit cards from Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland, as well as prepayment. In addition, you can now also pay on account, via Giropay and EPS.

  • Are there any discount codes?

    We try to make CBD available to as many people as possible. That’s why we always have collaborations or offers with discount codes. You can find all the information in our newsletter or on our social media channels.

Shipment & Delivery

  • Do you also ship abroad?

    Yes, we also ship abroad. Many of our customers order to Germany, for example. We only ship goods that are legal in the country of destination. What does that mean exactly? If you order to Germany, you will only receive goods with a THC content of <0.2%.

  • Do you ship in neutral packaging?

    Do you have nosy neighbors and don’t want everyone to know what you order online? No problem. We always send our packages in neutral packaging!

  • Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

    Yes, this is possible. Please make sure that the postal number is indicated in the comment box of your order. We will send you the tracking number by mail. If you have any questions, please contact us at:

  • Is there a wholesale?

  • Are your products available in pharmacies?

    Yes, our products are already available in selected pharmacies. The best thing is to go to the pharmacy you trust and ask for our products.

  • Are your products available in tobacco stores?

    Yes, some of our products are available in selected tobacconists. Of course, we are always happy if you recommend us to your trusted tobacconist.

  • Can I buy your products elsewhere?

    In principle, you can find our products on other sales platforms or stores. Most of all we are happy if you buy directly in our stores or in our online store.


  • Is your store barrier-free accessible?

    If necessary, whether wheelchair or stroller, our store staff can set up the mobile ramp. Just press the bell and they will help you. In the Auhof Center there are barrier-free accessible lifts to get to our store.

  • Can I return the glasses to you?

    No. You can keep the glasses. How you can optimally reuse our glasses, we show you here.

  • Do you offer Click & Collect?

    Yes, we offer Click & Collect in both our stores. Simply place your order in the online store and select “Click & Collect” as the shipping method. Our store team will prepare your order within a very short time and you can simply come by.

  • Krieg ich CBD auch im Lockdown?

    Keine Sorge, sollte wieder ein Lockdown kommen, sind wir bestens vorbereitet. Unser Online Shop läuft auch im Lockdown ganz normal weiter. Sollte es wieder so weit kommen, werden wir höchstwahrscheinlich wieder in ausgewählten Bezirken Weedora anbieten.
