At MAGU CBD, we place great value on our community and an open dialog with our customers. Your needs and wishes are our top priority, which is why the mutual exchange via social media is immensely valuable in many respects.

Where there is discussion, there are often different opinions, and that’s a good thing. Everyone has the right to express their opinion, but mutual respect should always be in the foreground.

This netiquette outlines the framework that we have defined for mutual interaction within our community. This is to ensure respectful interaction, where everyone is welcome to join in the discussion and make their contribution.

First of all, we would like to define a few basic rules:

1. Anonymity on the Internet may lower certain inhibitions, but please remember that there are always people behind the screens.
2. Always try to treat others as you would like to be treated.
3. Always show respect to other users and do not engage in provocations.
4. Users who repeatedly violate the rules of netiquette will be banned.

A community lives from the activity of its members. Comments, news and opinions in any form are therefore very much appreciated and we would like to take this opportunity to encourage you once again to become active under our contributions.

However, we reserve the right to delete comments if they contradict appreciative communication or applicable law, such as:

• Insults
• Incitement to protest or violence of any kind
• Disparaging others on the basis of their religion, skin color, origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability
• Violation of copyrights or other rights of third parties
• Sexual innuendos and pornographic content
• Repeating content, spam, advertising and offering services/self-promotion
• Complaints about individual employees mentioned by name
• Personal and person-related data
• Unverifiable insinuations, suspicions or simply untrue content
