CBD for humans and animals
Hemp has been used as a cultivated plant for thousands of years and has many positive properties. Many of our customers report increased well-being and a more relaxed nervous state – in themselves and in their pets.
CBD or cannabidiol is a component of the female hemp plant. CBD belongs – like THC – to the cannabinoids, a group of chemical compounds that have so far been found mainly in the cannabis plant. In contrast to the far better known active ingredient THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD does not have an intoxicating effect.
CBD is increasingly becoming the focus of research, medicine and the media. Few clinical studies have been conducted on humans, but the World Health Organization (WHO) confirms CBD has a very good safety profile.
According to WHO, the following properties have been scientifically studied:Analgesic
- Anxiety relieving
- Nerve Protective

CBD & Animals
For dogs, we recommend our 5% CBD oil. For cats, we recommend you buy CBD as a pure substance, for example as CBD crystals, and dissolve them in fat.
Regarding the dosage, consult a veterinarian who knows you and your pet. With CBD, regularity and also some patience are needed. It is important that you give yourself and your pet time.
Stress-Free into the new year
Especially New Year’s Eve is a night of horror for many animals and their humans: noise, smoke and explosions often lead to panic and anxiety for dogs, who have good hearing and a fine nose. Many of our customers add a few drops of our 5% CBD oil to their food or on a special treat – and start a few days before New Year’s Eve.
